Mental Health Support

Holistic Wellbeing
for Mind & Spirit

Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. We support people with a wide range of mental health needs, including anxiety disorders, depression, substance use disorders, and personality disorders. Regardless of the diagnosis, we always focus on each person’s situation – tailoring our approach to meet their unique needs.

Our services keep people living with mental illness safe and well in the community, prevent their needs from escalating, and help them live independently, access the information, support and care they are entitled to, and understand and exercise their rights.

Once Centricorp has been chosen to provide mental health support, all of our support is carefully planned collaboratively with each person, their family and care professionals, ensuring that everyone’s voice is heard, and that the plan is tailored to reflect all needs and wishes.

Working closely with each person and their network of support, together we help them take positive steps forward in their journey, learn to accept help and become more self-reliant, all of which helps them to believe in their unique value and worth to 11 the people around them and their community. A lot of focus in the planning is on enhancing self-confidence, esteem, independence, and empowerment, enabling people with mental health needs to fulfil their potential on a long-term basis.

We also ensure to meet regularly to review, celebrate successes and discuss any adaptations or progressions needed. Our pro-active team offer support in all aspects of a person’s life, which can include managing their mental health needs, physical health, self-care, relationships, living skills, take control of their lives, establish a sense of belonging to their community, and improving self-esteem.

We offer our supportive services in collaboration with the person, family, and local statutory and community and voluntary services.
