Where Compassion Meets Expertise in Every Home
Centricorp Care is a family-owned company that provides domiciliary care and supported living services with personal care to service users who live independently in their homes.
Our Services
We pride ourselves on being a specialist provider of individually tailored supported living services and domiciliary care in Nottinghamshire. We offer person-centred and flexible support, meticulously designed around the unique needs of people with mental health needs, physical disabilities, sensory impairments, dementia, and eating disorders, to enable them to live independently in the comfort of their homes.
We offer flexible support tailored to suit individual needs and preferences, allowing the people we support to maintain control over their lives, thereby promoting autonomy, choice, and inclusion.
We don’t just offer in-home support; we also provide comprehensive daily living support, community integration assistance, health and well-being support, safeguarding and advocacy programmes. As such, we understand that the people we support are all individuals and require several different kinds of support.
Our services are designed to foster independence, enhance quality of life, and promote well-being within a safe and supportive environment. Whether someone needs just a few hours of support each week or more intensive daily assistance, we tailor our services to suit the individual — always putting their goals and preferences first.
We understand that thriving support living services encompass more than just clinical treatment; they require attention to social, emotional, and practical needs. As such, we use outcome-based processes to enable us to identify the things that the individual needs, the things that they want to do, and the things that they need to achieve. Therefore, our services are designed to encompass a wide range of support mechanisms, including personalised care plans, therapeutic activities, life skills development, and community integration programmes.
