Meet the Faces Committed to Your Wellbeing
At the heart of our operations is a passionate, skilled, and deeply committed team of managers, support staff, and healthcare professionals, who work tirelessly to provide a compassionate and innovative supportive living service. We bring together dedicated, well-trained, and experienced health and social care professionals, support workers, advocates, and management team from diverse backgrounds who share one common goal: to provide a holistic approach to supported living services that promotes independence and recovery of young people.
Support Workers
Our frontline staff are the heartbeat of our service. With extensive training in health and social care, including specific mandatory courses relevant to mental health, physical disability, sensory impairment, eating disorders, safeguarding, and personalised care, they provide day-to-day support with compassion and consistency. Whether it’s helping with life skills, building routines, or offering emotional support, our support workers are trusted allies and advocates for the young people in our service.
Our Senior Support Workers lead by example—offering hands-on support, mentoring newer staff, and maintaining a calm, supportive presence in each home. They bring deep knowledge of mental health and person-centred care. Our Support Workers are the frontline team, who are there every day to encourage, guide, and empower the clients that we work with in our homes. Trained in tailored personalised care, positive behaviour support, and daily living support, they build meaningful, trusting relationships with each service user.
Mental Health Professional
Our qualified mental health professionals provide ongoing guidance on therapeutic approaches and staff training. They ensure our practices reflect the latest understanding of young people’s emotional well-being.

Our team leaders oversee the smooth running of our supported living services. They ensure staff are well-supported, services are delivered to high standards, and young people’s voices remain at the centre of every decision.
Safeguarding and Compliance Officers
Safety is our top priority. Our Safeguarding Team ensures that every young person is protected from harm and that our service meets and exceeds all regulatory standards. They monitor risk, train staff, and maintain a culture of vigilance and accountability.
Safety and protection are central to our work. Our safeguarding lead ensures that every young person is safeguarded and that our team is trained, vigilant, and proactive in identifying and responding to risk.
Training & Development Coordinators
We are committed to continuous learning. Our training coordinators equip our staff with up-to-date knowledge on supported living services, including mental health, de-escalation, positive behaviour support, ensuring the highest quality of care.
Family and Community Liaison Officers
